Collaborations
Targeted, flexible partnerships oriented toward useful outcomes
CEMEVIE develops case-by-case collaborations with universities, municipalities, public agencies, professional associations, community organizations and responsible actors in real estate, urban development, digital systems and health.
CEMEVIE–YSI collaboration
CEMEVIE and the Young Scholars Initiative of the Institute for New Economic Thinking are developing an international dialogue series on land value, public action, infrastructure, value capture, compensation and equity. The series will bring together established scholars, young researchers, practitioners and public participants.
Possible forms of collaboration
- Roundtable, workshop or practice dialogue.
- Joint public note, guide or synthesis.
- Pilot project using public, aggregated or de-identified data.
- Exploratory mandate in valuation, real estate, urban development, information or decision support.
- Development of a prototype, indicator architecture or dashboard.
- Knowledge mobilization for professional, public or community settings.
Principles
Substantive collaborations are framed before work begins: objectives, roles, timeline, data, outputs, confidentiality, intellectual property, attribution and dissemination conditions.
