International series: Who Creates Land Value?
Developed with the Young Scholars Initiative (YSI) of the Institute for New Economic Thinking, this online dialogue series examines how land, buildings, infrastructure, planning, private investment and public action shape value—and what follows for capture, compensation and sharing.
The format favours brief opening observations followed by a moderated conversation among established scholars, young researchers, practitioners and public participants. The first public dialogue is provisionally scheduled for 19 November 2026; the themes, dates and contributors for each dialogue will be announced after confirmation.
Activity formats
