One measurement architecture across multiple domains

CEMEVIE develops a measurement architecture for domains in which value states connect physical conditions, information, expectation and observable decisions.

Frontier question

Can an artificial system merely calculate value, or also recognize what matters to a living system?

1. Value, real estate and territories

Land and property value, land–building separation, property taxation, housing, urban development, infrastructure, environmental externalities, mobility, density and land-value capture.

2. Information, cognition and artificial systems

Information and expectation, judgement, attention, information overload, valuation errors, decisions under uncertainty, platforms and explainable artificial intelligence.

3. Health, living environments and decision support

Digital and urban health, prevention, mobility and sedentary behaviour, access to services, territorial vulnerability, dashboards and human-centred decision-making.

Cross-cutting capabilities

CEMEVIE-Health initiative

CEMEVIE-Health develops a non-clinical and preventive orientation linking digital health, urban health, built environments, information, cognition and decision support. It aims to support planning, equitable access to services and resource allocation through population, territorial and organizational indicators.
